If we feel sick, it is good to know which tea or tincture to reach out to to support our body’s own healing process.

Whether you have sleep issues, alelrgies, digestive issues, chonic cough or migraines, there is something for you that either grows wil or in your garden. People have healed themselves with plants since the beginning of time. Plants are not alternative medicine, it is the original medicine.
